Bulk Purchase Discounts
When you book more than three units (windows, doors, showers, or similar) in a single visit, you’re eligible for a special bulk discount. Discounts can be affect by several factors depending on the job/project type. The following are just a few examples:
- Job complexity – Complex Job requires more time, effort and risk of liability is high therefore it does not leave room for discount. A good example is replacing glass in a very old wood window frame requires more time and risk of liability is high.
- Floor level – If there are many windows in a second level floor needs replacement you can save money on paying for machinery rental for each one such as boom lift.
- Special equipment required – Some projects need advanced tools or safety setups such as setting up scaffolding. We can set it up only once and do all windows at one time.
- Travel distance – Each time our estimator and installers come to your place it costs us labour time, fuel, millage, insurance etc. By doing many windows at one time you can save on the labour cost of the windows. Also, if you live outside of Edmonton or close the edge of being outside Edmonton then it takes more time for us to reach you.
- Number of technicians needed – Depending on the heaviness of the glass unit/product and complexity of the job less or more techs might be needed for the job which in turn increases the labour time, risk of liability on product and manpower.
- In Summary, Single-visit efficiency – Completing all work in one visit lowers overhead, allowing us to pass savings to you.
